Necesitaras:
-Palas de Madera
-Cinta de pintor
-Pintura acrílica o en aerosol
-Pincel
-Lija de madera
Paso 1: Prepara la madera
Para preparar las palas de madera lija un poco con una lija para madera de calibre delgado. Después coloca un poco de la cinta para pintor para delimitar el área que deseas pintar. Si decides pintarlas con pintura en aerosol te recomendamos utilizar una bolsa de plástico para proteger la madera.
Paso 2: Pinta una base
Con pintura acrílica o en aerosol blanca pinta una base en la pala. Recuerda que al utilizar pintura en aerosol debes aplicarla poco a poco para evitar que se chorree y forme gotas. Si utilizas pintura acrílica pinta siempre en el mismo sentido para mejores resultados.
Paso 3: Pinta de color
Repite el paso anterior ahora con la pintura del color deseado. De nuevo si decides utilizar pintura en aerosol, aplícala en un lugar bien ventilado. Si deseas darle un brillo extra a la pintura puedes utilizar un sellador no toxico.
Paso 4: Listo!!
Retira la bolsa de plástico y la cinta. Listo!! Has logrado darle vida nueva a tus utensilios de cocina.
Nota: Puedes agregar detalles o realizar diferentes patrones sobre las palas de madera, quizá con líneas de color, puntos o lo que se te ocurra. Recuerda no pintar la parte que tiene contacto con la comida ya que en general las pinturas pueden ser toxicas.

Repeat the previous step now with the paint color. Again if you decide to use spray paint, apply in a well ventilated area. If you want to give an extra shine to the paint you can use a non-toxic shellac.
Step 4: Done!
Remove the plastic bag and tape. Ready! You have succeeded in giving new life to your kitchen utensils.
