Giant Cookie

Recipe adapted from cookies and cups

Hi!! February 14 is close so we bring you this recipe for a delicious giant cookie, you can make it to share with your friends or your love one, it is very easy to make and delicious.

      2 Sticks butter, softened
      1 / 2 Cup brown sugar
      1 / 2 Cup granulated sugar
      2 Teaspoons vanilla
      1 Teaspoon baking powder
      1 Teaspoon salt
      2 1 / 4 Cups flour
      2 Eggs
      Dark chocolate chips
      Marshmallows

1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl: flour, baking powder and salt.
3. Cream butter and sugar (brown glass) until light and fluffy.
4. Add the eggs one by one, add vanilla and beat on medium speed until all ingredients are blended.
5. Add dry ingredients and continue beating on low speed until everything is blended.
6. Add the chocolate chips.
7. Spread batter into baking dish round 16 "or a cookie backing dish.
8. Bake 20 minutes and remove from oven to add the marshmallows.
9. Bake 5 minutes more to melt the marshmallows.
10. Wait until cool and add the candy to decorate.

Note: To see if the cookie list, enter a toothpick or fork comes out clean then if it is ready, if not let it bake a little longer.
